High Protein Peanut Butter Shake (38g Protein)
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Purepeanut All-Natural Peanut Butter Approx β 4g protein
- 1 cup unsweetened milk β 8g protein
- 1 small banana β 1g protein

Instructions

Ingredients
- 100g Purepeanut All-Natural Peanut Butter β 20g protein
- 100g melted white chocolate β 5g protein
- 2 scoops protein powder β 50g protein
- 1 tbsp maple or sugar-free syrup
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter, protein powder, and syrup in a bowl until smooth.
